This page explains what AskHenry (askhenry.site) stores in your browser, why, and how you can control it. We keep this deliberately simple: we currently run no third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the public website. If that changes, those tools will only load after you allow them in our consent settings, and this page will be updated.

None are currently active. Our consent system reserves two categories for the future: Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and Marketing (e.g. Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads). These tools cannot load unless you switch the matching category on. Google Consent Mode is set to “denied” by default.
No IC/passport numbers, bank details, loan documents, purchase records, names, phone numbers, email addresses, or the content of your WhatsApp conversations.
Browser storage stays on your device — we can’t see or retrieve it. For anything you have sent us directly (for example a WhatsApp enquiry), you may request access, correction or deletion by emailing henry@askhenry.site.
Note: This page describes our storage practices in plain language and is not legal advice. The wording should be reviewed by a qualified Malaysian privacy professional (PDPA 2010) before being relied on as a compliance statement.
